Delhi’s esteemed Lady Shri Ram College (LSR) has dropped a discussion by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) public representative Guru Prakash Paswan which was booked to be hung on the event of Ambedkar Jayanti on Thursday (April 14). The meeting named ‘Ambedkar Beyond Constitution’, coordinated by LSR’s SC/ST cell was allegedly dropped after protests raised by Left understudy associations especially the Students Federation of India (SFI).

Responding to LSR’s choice to drop the occasion, Paswan said it was an indication of “systematization of drop culture” in the country.
